Sales may be set up for customers on the name/address by selecting items in inventory. As items are selected, appropriate customer discounts are applied, sales tax is calculated, and inventory levels are automatically reduced. An invoice may be produced itemizing the sale.

Selected items with inventory level of zero are placed in an "On Order" status to be updated when new inventory is received. Layaways may also be processed by simply assigning a payment type of "Layaway". Reporting features allow simple tracking of both.

Consignment sales are another feature in Pro Shop Coordinator. Inventory items may be tied to a customer on the name/address. Sales are treated the same as other sales except that a report may be produced showing consignment items sold.

Ball drilling specs may be entered for all balls sold and/or drilled. Each new ball entered as a sale item will automatically be assigned drilling specs from a prior drilling. Simply apply desired changes and your done. Drillings may be entered for a two finger or a four finger configuration.

Inventories can be managed in a simple and precise manner. Items can be entered, updated, and removed with each consisting of suppliers, manufacturer, description, ball weight, color, size, and much more. An order level can be entered to specify a minimum inventory level for each item. Several reporting features are available to assist in inventory tracking and ordering.

Security is a major concern for some pro shop owners and managers. Pro Shop Coordinator allows two different levels of security: Managers and Staff. Staff users are limited to features required to perform the daily tasks of operating a pro shop. Managers are permitted to access all features of Pro Shop Coordinator.

The name and address database is a central focus point in Pro Shop Coordinator. Customers names must be entered into the Name/Address before sales and ball drillings can be entered. This allows tracking, viewing, and printing of past sales and drillings. Print address lists, labels, and envelopes (by selected group or all).

A general sales option is available to process sales for items that do not require specific customer tracking (i.e. rosin bags, gloves, etc.).  All items may be selected for sales and tied to a current customer, but if a quick sales is desired, the the general sale option is available.
